Assistant Manager HR For Bagalur

Role & responsibilities

• Plant HR Operations: Oversee end-to-end operational HR activities for the manufacturing unit (workforce management, employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit).
  
• Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure strict adherence to factory laws, standing orders, minimum wages, PF, ESI, and other local labor regulations.
  
• Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal: Handle floor-level grievances, maintain shop-floor discipline, manage absenteeism, and foster healthy employee-management relations.
  
• Audit & Compliance Management: Lead and prepare the unit for buyer compliance audits, social audits, and internal ISO/EHS assessments.
  
• Manpower Planning & Cost Control: Monitor daily attendance, overtime, contractor labor management, and manpower budgeting.
