Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure smooth resident experiences, and manage operational performance across assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and coordinate with Property/Community Managers.
• Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, bookings, and contract management.
• Monitor rental collections, payment follow-ups, and financial reconciliations.
• Manage maintenance requests, property snag lists, and vendor performance.
• Track utility expenses, vendor invoices, and operational costs.
• Maintain MIS reports, operational trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Maintenance, and other internal teams.
• Ensure timely reporting, issue resolution, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, hospitality, co-living, real estate, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Experience in vendor management, rental collections, and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant specialization is an added advantage.
