Assistant Manager Health Check ups Diagnostics

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Check-up Department and ensure smooth functioning of all activities

- Coordinate end-to-end health check-up packages, from patient registration and scheduling to completion and report delivery

- Coordinate with Radiology, Laboratory, Cardiology, OPD, Nursing, Billing, and other diagnostic departments for seamless patient flow

- Monitor appointment schedules, patient movement, waiting time, and overall turnaround time (TAT)

- Ensure health check-up packages are completed as per defined protocols and timelines

- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations and ensure timely resolution

- Monitor daily health check-up volumes, package-wise performance

- Coordinate with consultants and diagnostic teams to ensure timely completion of consultations, investigations, and reports

- Supervise and guide Health Check-up Coordinators and support staff to maintain high service standards

- Ensure proper documentation, billing, package utilization, and coordination for pending investigations/reports

- Monitor patient feedback and implement initiatives to improve patient experience and service quality

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to health check-up operations

- Coordinate with Corporate / Institutional teams for executive health check-ups and health screening programs, wherever required

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, quality protocols, and patient safety requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MHA / MBA (Hospital Management) / Healthcare Management preferred

- Minimum 3-4 years of core experience specifically in handling Health Check-ups / Preventive Health Check-up Department

- Candidates with experience in hospital-based Health Check-up Centres or Diagnostics Centers will be preferred

- Strong understanding of health check-up packages, diagnostic coordination, patient flow, and healthcare operations

- Good knowledge of MIS reporting, HIS, and MS Office

- Patient-centric approach with strong focus on service quality and turnaround time

- Willingness to work in shifts as per departmental requirements
