Assistant Manager - Group HR

Role & responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Group-wide HR and strategic people initiatives across multiple business entities.
• Partner with assigned Corporate/business functions on HR, employee engagement, performance, talent and employee lifecycle initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Support Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives, including leadership development programs and workshops.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, benefits and insurance administration.
• Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate with external HR vendors, consultants and recruitment agencies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations and MIS, and support HR analytics and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 Management Institute.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience across HR Generalist and/or specialist HR domains.
• Experience in one or more areas such as HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Projects or HR Analytics/MIS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and execution skills.
• Experience with a large corporate group, conglomerate or multinational organization will be preferred.
