Job Overview We are seeking a supply chain & procurement manager to manage supplier coordination, procurement processes, and relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities ● Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, identification and onboarding of potential new suppliers; Travel and meet suppliers on a very frequent basis to maintain deep relationships. ● Strategic Procurement: Source raw materials with a focus on price, quality, reliability, and sustainability. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure value and risk mitigation. ● Program Management: Design and manage an end-to-end supply chain that meets both short-term and long-term business objectives. ● Product Portfolio Management: Drive product development, documentation and commercialization. Ensure the portfolio aligns with market demand and regulatory requirements. ● Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Provide insights to guide procurement and supply chain strategy ● Reporting & Communication: Regularly update management on suppliers, key initiatives, and strategic risk/opportunities. Ensure transparency and proactive communication across functions.
