Direct Responsibilities
- Manage Business Partner onboarding, activation, training, and lifecycle support.
- Act as the primary SPOC for partner operational queries and issue resolution.
- Drive partner engagement through regular field visits and governance reviews.
- Ensure audit readiness, process compliance, and timely closure of observations.
- Manage partner exits and Full & Final settlement processes.
Contributing Responsibilities :
- Improve process efficiency and quality control across partner operations.
- Support Business Partner capability development and software adoption.
- Reduce backend workload through effective operational support and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless partner servicing and issue resolution.
