Assistant Manager - FP&A

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain annual operating plans, budgets, and financial models to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key financial metrics and KPIs.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) or related field.
• Strong skills in budgeting, budget forecasting, cost control management, IFRS compliance.
• Proficiency in creating complex financial models using tools like AOP/FP&A software.
