Assistant Manager - FP& A

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly MIS, management reports, dashboards and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, and highlight key financial trends and deviations.
• Prepare cost centre-wise expense reports and business/Bank-wise profitability analysis to support cost optimisation and business decisions.
• Monitor billing, collections and receivables, analyse ageing and work with stakeholders to improve collection efficiency.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Support Internal, Statutory and IFC audits by maintaining required schedules, records and supporting documents and ensuring timely closure of audit requirements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial and asset records in SAP and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Work closely with Business, Operations and Finance teams to understand business performance and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support and mentor team members, ensure timely completion of deliverables and drive continuous learning and process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Word and Power point
• Multitasker
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to work under pressure & come up with the solution
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable
