Assistant Manager Foreclosure

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer negotiation for loan settlement and final closure.
• Follow-up for outstanding payments and timely closure of cases.
• Identification and development of repo properties.
• Coordination for proper sale of repo properties.
• Coordination with Collection, Legal, Foreclosure, and Branch teams.
• Proper follow-up and documentation for closure and repo property cases.
• Achievement of assigned closure and recovery targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Good performance record in the finance/NBFC sector.
• Basic knowledge of loan closure/foreclosure and settlement processes.
• Experience in collection, recovery, foreclosure, or repo property handling preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and field-handling skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
