Assistant Manager - For Mayfair We Care (Part of Medi Assist TPA)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the claims processing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  
• Oversee end-to-end claims handling across general, medical, and life insurance domains.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations related to claims.
  
• Monitor claims workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and other departments to streamline claims operations.
  
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to SLAs.
  
• Prepare and present reports on claims performance, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

From TPA or Insurance Industry.

Preferred only Male candidate with Night shift experience.
