Assistant Manager For Architecture & Finishes

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing architectural finishing works, primarily flooring, windows & glazing, and cladding, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily/weekly execution of flooring, windows and cladding works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and MEP/civil teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, material requirements and work fronts.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups and site measurements.
• Track quantities, progress and subcontractor billing measurements.
• Identify delays, interface issues and quality problems and drive corrective action.
• Maintain progress records and report status/constraints to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion and proper snagging/handover of assigned works.

Desired Experience

• Strong site execution experience in flooring, windows/glazing and architectural cladding.
• Experience in large commercial, institutional, hospitality or residential projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQ, quantity measurement and finishing specifications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good subcontractor management and coordination skills.
