Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation - Prepare Financial Statement in compliance with Ind AS and co-ordinate for smooth audit closure.
• Schedules Review – Review schedules and highlight exceptions and ensure accurate accrual.
• Quarterly Board & Investor Deck – prepare quarterly board and investor deck, with business insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting – Own financial planning, including co-ordination with support teams for inputs and deliver periodic budgets and forecast with variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting – prepare management review reports, including business wise P&Ls and highlight trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Performance Monitoring - Track key metrics, identify gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Decision Support - Provide clear financial insights to guide investments and strategic initiatives.
• Process Improvement and Compliance - Enhance reporting processes, ensure accuracy.
• Drive Automation - Automate financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes

Skill and Competencies

• Strong Analytical and Presentation Skills
• Meticulous, well organized, good follow through on instructions.
• Strong forecasting and financial modelling skills
• Effective communication skills
• Independent, commercial oriented
• Firsthand Power BI Implementation preferred but not compulsory

Education and Experience

CA with 2 to 5 years work experience in FPA role with a reputed organisation.

Candidates who cleared CA in first attempt, preferred.

Must have Manufacturing or Service Industry experience
