Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning Forecasting Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Develop dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Performance Analysis Reporting Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Prepare and present insightful dashboards and management reports for leadership.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.
• Business Partnering Provide financial guidance and support to Operations and Onshore teams for strategic initiatives.
• Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects with data-driven recommendations.
• Data Management Automation Leverage tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Access, and ERP systems to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
• Ad-hoc Analysis Strategic Projects Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities.
• Support MA evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• CA / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in FPA, preferably in IT / ITES setup.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data visualization tools like Power BI is a must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
