Job Summary

The employee is responsible to support the Business Commercially, in more process driver manner which enable the compant to have strong process and control. This role involves working in a collaborative manner with other teams, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as Coats internal policies.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

• Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Utilize process mining and data analytics to identify systemic bottlenecks, root causes, and optimization opportunities
• Act as the primary design authority bridging finance operations and IT development, leading cross-functional change management
• Conduct detailed pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.
• Implement strategies to minimize credit risks, lower DSO, and resolve complex billing or deduction disputes
• Ensure adherence to customer-specific compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.
• Maintainence of Power BI dashboards eg Overdue details, DSO days, Customer/region/division level margin
• Manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure full compliance with internal controls and financial regulations

Who you are (Requirements):

• Qualified CMA/CA, MBA Finance
• Thorough understanding O2C process with minimum of 3 years experience in O2C function in a large manufacturing concern.
• Familiarity with SAP (including CO module) and SAP BI needed.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Good Written and Oral communication is required.
• Detail Oriented and team player
• Advance Excel skills and Power-Bi knowledge
