Assistant Manager - Finance

• Accounting: Manage accounting for redBus International entities. Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries for all PG settlements, deductions, fees, and taxes in the ERP/accounting system.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all transactions across multiple Payment Gateways to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Create and maintain records for new vendors in the accounting system. Act as the primary point of contact for all Payment Gateway partners, leading operational discussions to address technical glitches, downtime issues, or settlement delays.
• Cost Savings? Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze PG processing fees, success rates, and routing efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost optimization by recommending intelligent routing strategies or negotiating better commercial rates.
• Chargeback Dispute Monitoring: Monitor, track, and manage all chargebacks.
• Accrual Accounting: Handle accrual entries and maintain accurate records.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare schedules for accounting and auditing purposes, addressing relevant work areas.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
