Assistant Manager - Finance (SAP FICO & Product Costing

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules for global clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical configuration expertise in SAP FICO (Product Cost Controlling & COPA) with a strong understanding of corporate financial reporting, variance analysis, and plant accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle SAP FICO/CO implementations, including business blueprinting, system configuration, realization, testing (UAT), data migration, and hypercare support.
• Core FICO Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of core Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and Controlling components (Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting).
• Advanced Cost Controlling: Architect and configure SAP CO Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), including material ledger, costing variants, and execution of structured Variance Analysis.
• Profitability Mapping: Design and deploy SAP COPA (Controlling-Profitability Analysis) models to track enterprise health, profitability margins, and corporate EBITDA performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Manage seamless system integration points between SAP FICO.
• Reporting & Customization: Author detailed functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects, financial reports, and automated Month-End Reporting utilities.
