Assistant Manager, Finance Reporting

Job Overview

The role involves managing quarterly and annual financial reporting, coordinating internal and external audits, reviewing trial balances, conducting financial and variance analysis, and ensuring accurate submission of regulatory returns to RBI. The incumbent should possess strong analytical, communication, and business writing skills, along with a high level of accountability and integrity.

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting in handling of Financials covering Limited review, Group Reporting, quarterly reviews and Annual Audit.
• Coordinating for Internal/Statutory/Group Audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures and implementing any recommendatory changes.
• Creating various audit reports & building controls to ensure correct financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Rigorous review of trial balance and ensuring the balances are reflecting the true financial position & performance of the organization.
• Conducting Variance analysis, competitor analysis in terms of process and policies
• Preparation of financials and submission of regulatory returns to the RBI

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required (In Years) Minimum -

• ~2 years or more of experience .
• Sound judgement, with a strong sense of personal accountability and integrity
• Excellent communication skills and strong business writing skills

Qualified Chartered Accountant only
