About this role
- endor master data creation/ updating.
- Day-to-day processing and payments of invoices
- Monthly accruals for goods/services received but not invoiced by vendors
- Coordination with different departments to collect details
- Monthly closing of books
- Submission of required information to the MIS team
- Follow-up with Accounts Receivables Team for funds
- Deal with bankers for Forex rates and remittances
- Bank guarantees (on a need basis)
- Cash flow projection
- Effective utilization of funds and parking idle funds in Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs)
- Approval of Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders (PR/PO) on a daily basis
- Monthly review of open PR/PO
- Review of monthly depreciation charges
- Capitalization of assets under the correct head with the correct amount and at the right time
- Accounting of asset disposals
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Submission of required information to auditors and coordination with the regional finance team for required information
- Resolving queries raised by auditors
