Assistant Manager Finance Audit

Roles and Responsibilities :

• • Manage purchase-sales-inventory accounting and reconciliation.
  • Track returned products and Credit Note/fund settlements with vivo India.
  • Analyze inventory, stock movement, profitability, and financial trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgets, GST/tax compliance, audits, and financial controls.
  • Improve finance processes and systems such as Tally/SAP.
  • Lead and supervise 2 Accounts Executives.
  • Coordinate with Service Centre and Warehouse teams.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, inventory, tax, and compliance risks.
  • Act as a potential successor to the Finance Manager, with responsibility for independent reporting and management decision support.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in auditing or accounting firm as an Assistant Manager or Senior Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
