Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of GST provisions including return filings.
• TDS working review, reconciliations & return filings.
• Bank & GL reconciliations.
• Foreign remittances.
• Preparation and presentation of financial and MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control procedures in line with group policies.
• To provide support to management across organizational performance and operational day-to-day matters, including the translation of strategic objectives to operational deliverables.
• Review month close activities and timely closure of monthly reporting pack with financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital monitoring, working capital performance & cash flow).
• Closely work with finance teams to ensure an efficient and effective finance operation, delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
• Manage preparation for the annual financial audits, act as the key contact for all audit requirements.
• Improve accounting processes and policies ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and group policies.
• Follow up on review points so that accurate records of the companys financial and accounting transactions and ensure compliance with standard accounting regulations.
• Support the optimization of working capital and promote best practice management.
• To ensure the daily/weekly/monthly accounting systems operate effectively and efficiently.
