Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to step into next leadership role and drive revenue growth directly from the field? We are looking for dynamic Assistant Manager - Field Sales to lead the regional sales operations, expand client footprints and mentor a high-octane team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in Field Sales.
• Overall, 3-6 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance Sales, Financial Services, BFSI, or related sectors.
• Prior experience in the Health Insurance industry will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in handling a team of 20-30 Sales Advisors and 2-3 Team Leaders.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, territory management, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in executing BTL marketing campaigns and field activation programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
