Assistant Manager Feed Production

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, supervise and monitor feed production to achieve targets with optimum utilization of resources.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, machine performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze reports, maintain MIS and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch for seamless plant operations.
• Train, guide and motivate team members while promoting safety and discipline.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM and cost optimization initiatives.
