About this role
- Provide comprehensive Facilities Management services to ensure all amenities are adequately resourced, maintained, and operated as per defined standards.
- Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site operations.
- Develop site-wise proposals for facilities services including Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other allied services.
- Prepare detailed repair and maintenance plans and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare Facilities Management budgets and monitor performance against approved budgets.
- Manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Maintain site accommodation and related services through contractors and direct labour in the most cost-effective manner.
- Ensure site occupancy and operations comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective systems for receiving, addressing, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and quality; appraise, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and contribution.
- Arrange and facilitate training programs at all staff levels to enhance skills and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and periodically review Disaster Management and Emergency Response Plans.
- Proactively liaise with local bodies, municipal authorities, and statutory agencies to ensure compliance and smooth site operations.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for site, highlighting operational performance, compliance status, costs, and key issues to management.
