Assistant Manager - Facility and Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct, Review daily performance through GO meeting

2. Daily Work allocation & Execution of works in co-ordination with facility technicians

3. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Program of Facility & Maintenance

4. Monitor, Support & Evaluate the team to troubleshoot all type of breakdown maintenance activities in machines,

electrical panels & other equipments

5. Monitor & Verification of documents related to breakdown maintenance report preparation, Daily check lists etc.

6. Contract work Execution

7. Evaluation & Monitoring of work permit system

8. Periodic request Generation for Electricity.

9. Installation, Commissioning of new & existing machinery

10. Overall execution of spares procurement, reconditioning & spare parts stores management

11. Execution & Periodic Renewal of AMC services for Facility Equipments

12. PR Generation & Purchase follow up
