Assistant Manager - Exhibition Operations

About the Role

Thomas Cook (India) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join its MICE - Exhibitions Operations Team. The role involves end-to-end management of exhibition projects, coordination with corporate clients, associations, government bodies, vendors, hotels, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of domestic and international exhibitions

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in Exhibition Operations, Event Operations, MICE, Conferences, Trade Shows, or Corporate Events.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for project execution and on-site event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Corporate Clients, Associations, Government Bodies, PSUs, Councils, and other stakeholders for exhibition requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Manage end-to-end execution of exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, venues, consulates, tourism boards, vendors, and suppliers.
• Handle on-site exhibition management and ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.
• Supervise operational activities and maintain process adherence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, accounting process compliance, and timely file closure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.
