Assistant Manager-EV & Hybrid Thermal Management Simulation

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on work experience in the thermal domain of passenger cars or commercial automotive vehicle EV and Hybrid architectures.
• Deep knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and refrigeration cycles (VCC) used in electric vehicles.
• Good understanding of battery heat generation rates, cell thermal runaway simulation, and motor/inverter cooling jacket optimizations.
• Working knowledge of standard vehicle thermal duty cycles, fast-charging thermal constraints, and extreme ambient testing conditions.
• Able to build, mesh, and run simulation models on tools like AVL Cruise M, GT-SUITE, ANSYS Fluent, or equivalent CFD/1D simulation software.
• Ability to handle independent technical assignments and deliver high-quality simulation results with clear conclusions.

Execute tasks with minimal supervision, meeting project timelines with a result-oriented approach.
