Assistant Manager - ERP

Position : Assistant Manager - ERP

Location: Kalyan

Job Responsibilities:

• ERP Knowledge: Experience with any Tier-1 ERP platform such as Oracle, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, Ramco, or Zoho.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of ERP experience.
• Preferred Expertise: Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting modules.

ERP Management

• Manage end-to-end ERP operations, implementation, upgrades, and support activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
• Monitor ERP system performance and ensure high availability.
• Lead ERP enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.

Finance & Accounting Process Support

• Understand and support core finance processes including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets Management
• Cost Center Accounting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Financial Closing & Reporting
• Configure and maintain finance-related ERP modules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
