Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for each delivery of project delegated to Design Leader.
• Coach and mentor for Designer and Sr Design Engineer.
• Specialist of his domain to perform the task and challenge other for any new concept.
• Able to manage size of team 4 to 7 member under his group of project on same domain.
• Able to take quick technical Decision on basis of his technical BMIR standard to propose hypothesis to customer.
• Self-driven and develop system as per customer request.
• Take an approval from Manager or HOD for any deviation on Cost quality and delivery which impact performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Working Experience in Harness routing using CAD tools - CATIA for Passenger cars commercial Vehicles (Panel Van, Truck, Bus etc.,) in OEMS /TIER I Suppliers
• Knowledge / working experience in any of Product Data management tools
• Knowledge of complete vehicle vehicle architecture
• Knowledge on harness components like Connectors , wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc Experience in wiring harness Vehicle development program and DFMEA
• Knowledge in Product Design and drawings of wiring harness including circuit schematics.
• Knowledge of automobile EE functions, on high-end vehicles (BCM/EMS/ABS/Airbags)
