We are looking for a candidate to support agrochemical formulation operations with the following skills and experience

Position: Assistant Manager
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Location: Natco Crop Health Sciences Division, Shamirpet

Job Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in agrochemical formulation manufacturing.
• Experience in handling powder and liquid formulation lines.
• Knowledge of handling and operating associated processing equipment such as mixers, bead mills, Jet mill/ACM mill, homogenizers, reactors, blenders, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
• Understanding of safety practices and GMP requirements in agrochemical manufacturing.
• Ability to support formulation trials, scale-up activities, and routine production operations.
• Maintain production records and follow quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile: A results-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in agrochemical formulations, capable of ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
