• Oversee day-to-day compliance activities across PAN India operations.
• Supervise the vehicle document validation and approval process to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Ensure timely completion of compliance activities without disruptions to cab operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in daily operations to achieve operational excellence.

Incident Management

• Review and analyze incident reports for PAN India operations.
• Conduct in-depth investigations on incidents in coordination with location leads.
• Ensure comprehensive capture of all incident information as per client format and requirements.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each incident and provide closure with recommendations to the client.

Medical Cab Services

• Maintain detailed reports on medical cab utilization by employees.
• Conduct relevant analysis on usage patterns and provide business recommendations for optimization.
