Job Requirement • Education: Master Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3-6 years continuous experience ecommerce management, marketplaces management and digital marketing. • Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficiency with MS Office suite & strong experience across ecommerce business management, account management & driving sales.
2 Skills & Attributes Requirement • Ability to practice and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing and online sales. • Able to handle margins, negotiations, and platform advertising. • Have strong understanding of ecommerce and advertising metrices. • Proven work experience in E-Com of at least 3 yrs. Proficient in Key Account Management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration. • Entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done single-handedly. Strong Analytical as well as Communication skills Roles & Responsibilities Account Management: • Serve as the primary contact for key e-commerce platforms, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. • Build and nurture strong relationships with platform account managers to maximize opportunities for growth. • Setting and achieving aspirational growth targets for the online side of the business Sales & Revenue Growth: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth across B2C platforms. • Identify new opportunities for product listings and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales strategies, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. • Help to manage Ecommerce Execution and Operations like PO tracking & PO billing. Pricing & Promotions: • Create and manage product pricing, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies to optimize sales while maintaining profit margins. • Work closely with the marketing team to launch platform-specific campaigns and deals (e.g., Amazon Lightning Deals, Flipkart Big Billion Day offers). Product Listings & Optimization: • Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to ensure accurate, high-quality content (images, descriptions, specifications, etc.) on all B2C platforms. 3 • Write engaging and accurate product descriptions to enhance catalog as well as ensure relevant keywords and data are included. • Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality product information and conduct catalogue hygiene checks. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: • Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure continuous product availability. • Manage replenishment and coordinate with logistics partners to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales trends, customer behavior, return on investment (ROI), and platform fees. • Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights on sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.
