JD For Assistant Manager - E- Commerce:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-impact e-commerce advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy
• Lead a team of advertising specialists, ensuring effective campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency.
• Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to scale ad revenues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit. Flipkart, Zepto and Swiggy
• Manage the relationship with key marketplace partners to maximize sales potential.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Expertise in PPC advertising across platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools Amazon DSP, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
