Assistant Manager Dispatch

Position Details:

• Reporting To: Plant Head
• Role: Individual Contributor with cross-functional collaboration
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred)
• Experience: 8-10 years in Dispatch, Logistics & Invoicing
• Work Timings: General / 3-Shift / Rotational
• Budget: Up to 10 LPA
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirement: We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in dispatch planning, vehicle placement, invoicing, loading and unloading operations, transportation coordination, and handling panels/materials of varying specifications and thicknesses while ensuring safe dispatch and timely deliveries.

The candidate should have practical exposure to:

• Loading and unloading of panels safely and efficiently.
• Transportation planning and coordination for panel dispatch.
• Selection of suitable vehicles based on panel dimensions and dispatch requirements.
• Handling different panel specifications and thicknesses.
• Proper loading, stacking, securing, and handling methods to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
• Dispatch, storage, and logistics management while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
