Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

>Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to promote scaffolding and formwork product lines (sales and rental models).

>Generate qualified leads for the sales team by identifying high-potential construction and infrastructure projects.

>Do & Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and targeted social media to increase inbound inquiries

2. Brand & Content Marketing

>Create compelling, technical marketing collateral, including product brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

>Manage the companys website, ensuring product catalogs and technical specifications are up-to-date.

>Drive public relations by securing features in prominent construction and infrastructure trade publications.

>Ensure brand visibility and strengthen the companys market position in the building materials segment.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

>Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends.

>Track major construction tenders, upcoming Industrial & infrastructure projects, and real estate developments to identify new business opportunities.

>Assist in forecasting sales targets and monitoring marketing budgets to ensure a strong ROI.

4. B2B Client Engagement & Event Planning

>Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions (e.g., Bauma, Excon), and networking forums.

>Organize site visits, client meets, and product demonstration seminars for key contractors, builders, and project managers in coordination with sales team.

>Build and maintain a strong CRM database of existing clients, consultants, and potential leads.
