Assistant Manager-Design

Role & responsibilities :

Design and detailing of heat exchangers: Radiators, Intercoolers, Condensers, Evaporators, Heaters,

Oil Coolers, etc., with 100% accuracy.

• Interact directly with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customers, suppliers, manufacturing, QA) to expedite

development activities.

• Coordinate design release activities in line with APQP processes.
• Define Design Validation Plan (DVP) and conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

(DFMEA).

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in CAD tools: Creo or CATIA

• Familiarity with PLM systems

• Experience with DFMEA and DVP preparation
