Role & responsibilities

• Visual Concept Development & Ideation
• End-to-End Design Creation & Ownership
• Design Aesthetics & Quality Control
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Production Support

Technical & Software Proficiency

• Core Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Digital/UI Tools: Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and digital asset creation. Microsoft PowerPoint (for high-end, visual-heavy corporate presentations).
• AI Design Proficiency: Adept at leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate design workflows, mood boarding, and asset generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, or ChatGPT for prompt engineering).
• Optional but a plus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior exposure to healthcare/pharma compliance and regulatory guidelines (e.g., OPDP, strict brand guidelines, medical accuracy standards) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end conceptualization, typography, layout, and data visualization.
