Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager TA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, including headhunting and campus hiring.
• Conduct market mapping to identify top talent and develop strategies to attract them.
• Analyze data to track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and improve quality of hires.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment management, leadership hiring, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of market mapping techniques to identify key players in the market.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making.
