Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Shift Incharge (Machining)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
• Manage a team of operators to achieve production targets, providing guidance on CNC machining processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain management and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement in material usage and reducing waste.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, SPM machines, VMC machines, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving production goals while maintaining high-quality output.
