Job Title: Manager Ass Manager and Deputy Manager Production D1/D2

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical/Production/Plastics/Polymer) Experience: 10-15 Years in Plastic Moulding Industry

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control overall production activities to achieve targets related to output, quality, cost, and delivery.
Drive productivity improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S initiatives.
Optimize machine utilization, cycle time, scrap, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and EHS standards.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
Lead new product trials, process validation, and production ramp-up activities.
Monitor production KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Develop and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor personnel.
Ensure safe working practices and continuous improvement across the production department.
