Role & responsibilities:

Portfolio Strategy & Excellence

• Support product lifecycle management and new product planning
• Prioritize pipeline assets based on market attractiveness, strategic fit, and financial return
• Drive lifecycle management initiatives. Support periodic portfolio reviews
• Support tracking of key business and portfolio KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Business Excellence, Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Consolidate and synthesize market, competitor, and business data into actionable insights for portfolio and strategic decisions
• Analyze prescription trends and competitive landscapes
• Support launch readiness and commercialization strategies for new products
• Support business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning activities
• Analyze business and portfolio performance to identify gaps and opportunities
• Prepare dashboards with actionable insights
• Track key initiatives, milestones, and action items to ensure timely execution
