Communication Skills
- Electrolytic Cell Setup: Coordinate with the Project team and suppliers for setting up silver electrolytic cells. Ensure proper installation, calibration, and readiness for production.
- Silver Refining Operations: Operate silver refining processes by electrolysis on a day-to-day basis. Produce high-purity silver (9999 good delivery standard) consistently.
- Downstream Silver Product Manufacturing: Utilize refined silver to produce grains, casted, and minted products as per production requirements.
- Operational Management: Manage the entire silver refining operation including process losses, cost control, and team performance. Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
- Compliance Accreditation: Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances and accreditation requirements relevant to silver refining. Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Performance Management: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for self and the team. Coach and guide team members to achieve operational and performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of silver refining processes, electrolytic cell operation, and downstream product manufacturing.
- Experience in operational and team management, including cost and loss control.
- Understanding of compliance, quality standards, and accreditation requirements in precious metals refining.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and KRAs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
