Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Oversee industrial relations, maintaining positive relationships with employees, unions, and stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory compliance by managing labour laws, regulations, and permits required for the organization's operations.
• Develop and implement effective labour welfare programs to promote a healthy work environment.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in HR or related field in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract labour management, industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex labor issues and negotiations.
