Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
  
• Oversee crane operations, including loading/unloading materials and equipment movement within the plant.
  
• Coordinate compressor maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  
• Conduct hydraulic system checks to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
  
• Supervise MHE (Material Handling Equipment) operations, ensuring safe handling of goods and supplies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in preventative/predictive maintenance.
  
• Diploma holder from a recognized institution with knowledge of chiller operation and calibration procedures.
  
• Strong understanding of utility maintenance practices, including DG set management.
