Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and geographies.
  
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
  
• Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for junior to mid level roles using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus, consultants).
  
• Build and manage a strong pipeline for frontline roles.
  
• Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer.
  
• Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics for leadership review.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the hiring process.
  
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and consultants as needed.
