Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day administration & office/site operations
• Manage vendors, facilities, security, maintenance and service providers
• Maintain official documentation, agreements, quotations, records and correspondence
• Prepare MIS, reports and operational data using Advanced MS Excel
• Coordinate executive travel, hotel and vehicle arrangements
• Excellent communication and written skills, with strong email drafting ability able to independently correspond with international clients/vendors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Administration, Corporate Travel Desk, Executive Assistance, or Facilities Management
• Experience working with corporate organizations, MNCs, EPC, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, or Hospitality companies
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, and office administration and travel portals,
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP /SAP systems
• Graduate/Postgraduate with a strong academic record; awareness and comfort in adoption of new technological tools is preferred.
