Assistant Manager - Cross Sell & Acquisition - Tech Cross Platform

Role Purpose:

The Techno Functional Manager will act as the key bridge between Business, Product, Technology, CRM, Analytics, Operations, and Digital Channels to design, implement, and optimise cross-sell and acquisition journeys across the bank's platforms. The role will drive requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, solution design, project execution, and platform enablement to deliver scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Technology Enablement:

- Facilitate and mediate discussions across Product, Technology, Business, Operations, CRM, Analytics, and Digital teams.

- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure timely resolution of dependencies and roadblocks.

Cross-Sell & Acquisition Journey Management:

- Design and implement customer acquisition and cross-sell journeys across loan platforms and other customer onboarding platforms.

- Define customer journeys, business rules, process flows, integrations, and success metrics.

- Ensure seamless customer experience across channels and platforms.

Programme Delivery & Governance:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation and rollout.

- Coordinate UAT, business sign-offs, production releases, and post-launch monitoring.

- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance metrics.

Performance & Optimisation:

- Monitor journey performance, funnel metrics, customer adoption, and conversion outcomes.

- Identify process gaps and enhancement opportunities through data and analytics.

- Drive continuous improvement of cross-sell and acquisition journeys.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.

- Conduct regular review meetings and provide management updates on project progress and business outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / B.Tech / BE

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Banking, CRM, Product Implementation, Program Management, or Technology Enablement.

- Banking, FinTech, Digital Acquisition, or Customer Journey Management experience preferred.
