Job Responsibilities
CRM Application Maintenance: Updating lead data, booking status, and customer interactions.
MIS Report Generation: Preparing Daily Sales Reports (DSR), booking summaries, payment collections,
and outstanding dues reports.
Back-Office Support: Managing documentation like Builder-Buyer Agreements, payment receipts, and
NOCs.
Data Analysis: Identifying discrepancies and providing insights to the management for decision-making.
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in Excel: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) are critical.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or industryspecific
CRM software.
Real Estate Experience: Understanding of RERA compliance and the post-sales customer lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate Post Graduate
4-9 Years experience in Real Estate Construction Industry
Good contacts with local authorities will be an added advantage
Language: Command over English, Telugu, and Hindi.
