Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, compliance, budgets, and MIS across group subsidiaries.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Monitor working capital, cash flows, treasury, borrowings, and inter-company funding.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities and track savings.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, FEMA, GST, and TDS.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and advisors for IPO-related financial reporting and restated financial statements.
• Oversee internal financial controls, audit trails, and related-party disclosures.
• Partner with business and finance teams to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with ~4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, corporate finance or a multientity group. Big 4 experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in FP&A, business finance, working capital and/or treasury.
• Exposure to IPO or capital markets transactions, restated financials or SEBI ICDR disclosures.
• Advanced Excel; prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) and BI/dashboarding tools is a plus.
