We are currently hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) for two positions within our Group, with a consolidated group turnover of approximately 500 Cr.

Position 1 Qualified CA | Manufacturing Unit

Location: Ambernath

• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Candidates residing on the Central Line and comfortable commuting to Ambernath are preferred.

Position 2 Qualified CA | Distribution Business

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

• 23 years of post-qualification experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of post-qualification experience, having hands-on exposure to IPO-related activities, investments, financial analysis, and corporate finance. The candidate should have strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge along with an understanding of capital markets and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review financial accounting, reporting, and MIS activities.
• Support and coordinate IPO-related activities, including preparation and review of financial information and documentation.
• Work closely with auditors, consultants, merchant bankers, and other external stakeholders during IPO processes.
• Assist in due diligence, financial analysis, and data preparation required for IPO and other corporate transactions.
• Monitor and analyze the company's investments, securities, and financial instruments.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial and business analysis.
• Prepare financial models, investment analysis, management reports, and presentations.
• Support fund raising, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely financial data and documentation.
• Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Handle other finance and investment-related projects as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 23 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior exposure to IPO / capital markets / investment activities is preferred.
• Experience in financial due diligence, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Good understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
