Assistant Manager - Compliance & Sustainability

Job Description

Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced Compliance & Sustainability Manager to manage and strengthen our ISO, ESG, EHS, global customer, supplier and product compliance framework.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing / electronics / electrical / industrial automation / engineering industries, with exposure to multinational customers and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.
• Lead internal, certification, customer, supplier, ESG and safety audits.
• Manage CAPA, RCA, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor ESG & sustainability initiatives.
• Handle customer compliance requirements, questionnaires and factory audits.
• Manage supplier qualification, vendor compliance and responsible sourcing.
• Coordinate product regulatory compliance including CE, UL, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, CMRT and SCIP.
• Maintain Declaration of Conformity and technical compliance documentation.
• Manage corporate compliance policies including Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Whistleblower and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate customer information security questionnaires and support ISO 27001 requirements, where applicable.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit dashboards and management review documentation.
• Conduct compliance, safety and awareness training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Safety Engineering / Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Preferred: ISO Lead Auditor | NEBOSH | IOSH | ESG/Sustainability Certification
